My Story
Founder & CEO of Rizosmil
My name is Rosmil Garcia, and Rizosmil was born from a deeply personal journey one that began long before I ever imagined launching a hair-care brand. For years, I struggled with scalp sensitivity, breakage, and products that promised results but delivered frustration. I tried everything on the shelves, yet nothing truly aligned with what I needed: clean, botanical, effective hair care that supported real, long-term health.

I started studying ingredients, paying attention to labels, and learning how much the scalp influences every part of our hair’s well-being. What began as research quickly became passion. I realized that the products I was searching for simply didn’t exist so I decided to create them myself.
Rizosmil was built from that moment of clarity.

Every formula began at my desk, in quiet hours of testing, learning, researching botanicals, and understanding how nature restores balance. I created Rizosmil with one intention: to help people finally feel confident in the hair they were born with. No harsh chemicals. No guesswork. Just clean, restorative products rooted in science, nature, and care.
As the brand grew, so did my mission.
