RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

At Rizosmil, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. While our products are crafted with care and quality, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Returns & Replacements Policy outlines when and how you may request a return, exchange, or replacement for items purchased through https://www.rizosmil.com/.

Please review this policy carefully before submitting a request.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal-care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

  • Items not purchased directly from Rizosmil.com

This policy is in place to protect product integrity, hygiene, and customer safety.

However, we do make exceptions for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see below).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will be happy to replace it.

To request a replacement:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rizosmilco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR

  • Provide store credit if the product is out of stock

We do not issue refunds for damaged items only replacements or store credit.

Missing Items from Your Order

If something is missing from your package, notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the items received

  • A photo of the packing slip

We will ship the missing item immediately.

Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities

All ingredients are listed clearly on our website and product labels.
If you experience irritation or sensitivity:

Due to safety regulations and hygiene laws, we cannot accept returns for personal sensitivity or scent preference, but we will do our best to help find a suitable solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order cannot be modified or cancelled because it enters our processing queue.

If you need a cancellation urgently, email us immediately at rizosmilco@gmail.com we will try our best but cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows an order as Delivered, Rizosmil is no longer responsible.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Verify the delivery location

  2. Check with neighbors or building management

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. If unresolved, email us we will guide you through the claim process

Replacements for lost or stolen packages are handled case-by-case.

Replacements Processing Time

Replacements and store-credit issues typically take:

  • 1–3 business days to approve

  • 3–7 business days to ship a replacement

We will email you updates throughout the process.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited-edition bundles

  • Seasonal promotions

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

These are non-refundable under all circumstances.
