Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

All payments are processed in USD ($).

Currency & Pricing
All product prices displayed on the site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your card issuer or payment provider may convert the charge into local currency and may apply foreign transaction or conversion fees. Rizosmil is not responsible for currency conversion charges billed by your bank or card issuer.
All prices are shown before tax and shipping. Sales tax (if applicable) and shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are clearly displayed before you submit your order.

Order Confirmation & Billing
When you place an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order. This email is not a guarantee that the order has been accepted; your order is accepted only when we process payment successfully and send you a shipment confirmation.
Your order will show a pending authorization for the payment amount while it is being processed. The authorization will convert to a charge once the order is fulfilled and shipped. Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Payment Authorization & Verification
To protect our customers and Rizosmil from fraudulent transactions, we may:

Require additional information to verify your identity;

Use third-party fraud detection and verification services;

Cancel any order that we are unable to verify.
If an order is cancelled for fraud prevention, any authorization placed by your bank will be released according to your bank’s policies (usually within a few business days).

Failed Payments & Declines
If your payment is declined, please:

Confirm your billing address and card details are correct;

Contact your bank to authorize the payment; or

Try an alternate payment method such as PayPal or a different card.
If payment cannot be completed within 24–48 hours, your order may be automatically cancelled. If you believe a valid charge was taken in error, contact us at rizosmilco@gmail.com with your order number and payment details so we can assist.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Sales tax is collected at checkout for orders shipped to U.S. destinations when required by law. For international orders (if available), the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are handled according to our Returns & Replacements policy (link in footer). Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your card statement (timing varies by bank).

If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, please also contact us at rizosmilco@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue directly. Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to order cancellation and refusal of future orders.
Pre-orders, Deposits & Wholesale Payments

If we offer pre-orders, deposits, or made-to-order items, the payment terms for those items will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

For wholesale and bulk orders, a deposit and signed manufacturing agreement may be required. We’ll provide an invoice showing deposit amounts, timelines, and final payment terms before production begins.

Gift Cards & Promotional Codes

Gift cards issued by Rizosmil may be redeemed at checkout and are non-refundable.

Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed and may exclude certain products or collections.

Discounted orders that are refunded may be refunded for the actual amount paid (less the discount), per our returns policy.

Payment Security & Data Protection
