Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Rizosmil is no longer responsible for the package.

If your package is missing:

  2. Confirm with neighbors or building management

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  4. If still unresolved, email us at rizosmilco@gmail.com and we will assist where possible

Please allow 7 business days after the marked delivery date for carriers to complete investigations.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rizosmil.com

  • Include your order number and photos

We will replace the item or issue a store credit depending on the situation.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

For pre-order items or products listed as made-to-order:

  • All pre-order items ship once available

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately or once all items are ready
